Dans l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019anthropoc\u00e8ne il devient crucial d\u2019aborder les questions de relation entre le changement climatique et les innovations technologique. Cet essor technique et humain a \u00e9t\u00e9 si rapide et g\u00e9n\u00e9ralis\u00e9 qu\u2019il a \u00e9t\u00e9 qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab\u00a0grande acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration\u00a0\u00bb qui est consid\u00e9rer (par beaucoup de philosophes et de penseurs comme Will Steffen, Paul J. Crutzen et John R. McNeill) comme la p\u00e9riode la plus r\u00e9cente de l\u2019anthropoc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La question qu\u2019on va essayer d\u2019aborder \u00e0 travers cet article et le projet qui suivra est&nbsp;:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Si la mod\u00e9lisation param\u00e9trique a constitu\u00e9 un moteur central du progr\u00e8s architectural, peut-elle aujourd\u2019hui r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la crise \u00e9cologique ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tour Warka est un exemple cl\u00e9s qui fera l\u2019objet d\u2019\u00e9tude de cet article, et qui sera repenser, en abordant diff\u00e9rentes approches dans le cadre du projet du CTID. Cette approche constituera une continuit\u00e9 entre la partie th\u00e9orique et la partie pratique de l\u2019exercice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warka Water Tower: Un projet de recherche exp\u00e9rimentale <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En quelques mots et pour r\u00e9sumer la tour waka est une tour qui \u00ab&nbsp;transforme&nbsp;l\u2019air en eau&nbsp;\u00bb. Ce dispositif vient en r\u00e9ponse au manque d\u2019eau potable dans certaines r\u00e9gions du monde et qui ne fait que s\u2019empirer sous l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019anthropoc\u00e8ne. La cause des principaux probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 des pays en d\u00e9veloppement est la propagation de maladies perp\u00e9tu\u00e9es par le manque d&rsquo;eau potable et de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;assainissement. Souvent contamin\u00e9e par les d\u00e9chets humains et animaux, la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;eau est tr\u00e8s mauvaise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cr\u00e9\u00e9es par Arturo Vittori et son \u00e9quipe d&rsquo;Architecture and Vision, les tours r\u00e9cup\u00e8rent l&rsquo;eau de pluie, du brouillard et de la ros\u00e9e. Ce n&rsquo;est pas une id\u00e9e nouvelle &#8211; les gens font cela depuis aussi longtemps qu&rsquo;ils ont besoin d&rsquo;eau, souvent avec des puits d&rsquo;air. Souvent construits comme des structures en pierre de grande hauteur, les puits d&rsquo;air recueillent l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;air et l&rsquo;acheminent dans un bassin pour la collecte. Le WarkaWater fonctionne \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re, en utilisant un filet en maille pour capturer l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et la diriger dans un r\u00e9servoir hygi\u00e9nique accessible via un bec. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le WarkaWater co\u00fbtera environ 1 000 euros \u00e0 produire et ne n\u00e9cessite pas d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Vittori dit qu&rsquo;il faut moins d&rsquo;une heure pour assembler les cinq modules dans une tour finie, ce qui la rend facilement emball\u00e9e et d\u00e9plac\u00e9e si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u00c9thiopie, le figuier  \u00ab\u00a0Warka\u00a0\u00bb joue un r\u00f4le particulier : il sert de refuge et de lieu de rencontre pour les communaut\u00e9s locales. C&rsquo;est aussi l&rsquo;id\u00e9al pour la tour. Une fois que nous avons con\u00e7u la forme, nous pouvons l&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer tr\u00e8s facilement sans avoir \u00e0 la reconcevoir [\u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro]. La structure \u00e0 ossature triangul\u00e9e, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e localement, est optimis\u00e9 pour la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance. Elle est \u00e9galement modulable et pliable, ce qui facilite son transport. Chaque module est ensuite solidaris\u00e9 avec d&rsquo;autres sections avec des cordes en fibres naturelles. La philosophie de conception est de n&rsquo;utiliser que des mat\u00e9riaux locaux. Les principaux mat\u00e9riaux de construction sont le Bambou, Feuilles de palmier raphia, Cannes de bambou raphia, Bois, Polyester, Faux Fibres de Bananier, Adobe, Paille, Roseaux, lianes et pierre bas par gravit\u00e9 et s&rsquo;\u00e9gouttent dans le collecteur. L&rsquo;eau est ensuite achemin\u00e9e vers le r\u00e9servoir de stockage situ\u00e9 au centre de la base de Warka Water.<br>Les syst\u00e8mes ne n\u00e9cessitent \u00e9galement aucune alimentation \u00e9l\u00e9ctrique pour fonctionner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nouveaux filtres et les r\u00e9parations des filets sont les exigences de base en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;entretien. Cette technique n&rsquo;a pas pu largement \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e pour nombreuses raisons lier au budget ou \u00e0 une certaine expertise de mise en oeuvre.
