Ce projet de recherche explore le domaine du biomim\u00e9tisme en s\u2019int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 la morphologie du squelette plat des oursins de mer (Echinoidea). Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un double objectif : aboutir \u00e0 un transfert architectural \u00e0 partir d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme du vivant et d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de simulation\/dessin num\u00e9rique conduisant par la suite \u00e0 une fabrication robotis\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4701 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/photo-a\u0300-la-une-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"photo a\u0300 la une\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/photo-a\u0300-la-une-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/photo-a\u0300-la-une.jpg 640w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Conception<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019enjeu principal du projet \u00e9tait notamment d\u2018int\u00e9grer les performances d\u2019un syst\u00e8me structurel biologique dans un nouveau design architectural. La r\u00e9flexion s\u2019est d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part concentr\u00e9e sur la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me modulaire, syst\u00e8me qui permet une grande capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9. Lors de l\u2019\u00e9tude biologique de la structure du squelette de l\u2019oursin, celle-ci s\u2019est r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9e \u00eatre compos\u00e9e de minuscules plans polygonaux reli\u00e9s entre eux au niveau des c\u00f4t\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un joint \u00ab\u00a0digiforme\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4702 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Capture-d\u2019e\u0301cran-2016-10-25-a\u0300-09.41.17-300x103.png\" alt=\"Capture d\u2019e\u0301cran 2016-10-25 a\u0300 09.41.17\" width=\"300\" height=\"103\" srcset=\"http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Capture-d\u2019e\u0301cran-2016-10-25-a\u0300-09.41.17-300x103.png 300w, http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/Capture-d\u2019e\u0301cran-2016-10-25-a\u0300-09.41.17.png 956w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Morphologiquement, il ne peut pas converger plus de trois plans en un point ce qui assure une meilleur transmission des forces de cisaillement (surtout) et des forces normales tout en r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 la flexion. Cet arrangement permet \u00e0 la structure une grande capacit\u00e9 de support de charges. D\u2019autre part, la connexion \u00ab\u00a0digiforme\u00a0\u00bb entre les plans polygonaux trouve sont \u00e9quivalent technique en menuiserie avec l\u2019assemblage \u00e0 queue. En vertu de cette grande r\u00e9sistance et ce, malgr\u00e9 sa taille, il est possible de construire ce pavillon avec des plaques de 6,5 mm seulement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4704 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/photo-3-300x199.jpg\" alt=\"photo 3\" width=\"300\" height=\"199\" srcset=\"http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/photo-3-300x199.jpg 300w, http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/photo-3.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">Trois autres propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la biologie on \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es afin de concevoir le pavillon : h\u00e9t\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9it\u00e9 ( la taille des plans varie selon la courbe), anisotropie (structure directionnelle) et hi\u00e9rarchie. La derni\u00e8re s\u2019applique au niveau des connections : les joins au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame cellule sont coll\u00e9s alors que les cellules sont juste imbriqu\u00e9es les unes dans les autres. Cela permet de conf\u00e9rer un caract\u00e8re d\u00e9montable au pavillon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">La forme architecturale du projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 mod\u00e9lis\u00e9e et dessin\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide de Rhino, grasshopper et Kangaroo. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un d\u00f4me simple, puis d\u00e9form\u00e9, puis ouvert. La r\u00e9sistance m\u00e9canique du pavillon a ensuite \u00e9t\u00e9 test\u00e9e. Une cellule \u00e0 \u00e9chelle 1 a pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9t\u00e9 produite pour tester sont comportement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">R\u00e9alisation et assemblage<\/span><\/h4>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019ensemble de la fabrication des cellules et le montage ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s par les \u00e9tudiant de Stuttgart eux-m\u00eames, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur outils de fabrication robotique. Le pavillon n\u2019est autre que le r\u00e9sultat de l\u2019assemblage de pas moins de 850 panneaux de bois moyennant 100 000 joints. L\u2019utilisation de plaques extra fines (6,5 mm) am\u00e8ne \u00e0 un volume total de mati\u00e8re de 2 m\u00e8tres cubes alors que le volume structurel est lui de 200 m\u00e8tres cubes. Ce projet de recherche explore le domaine du biomim\u00e9tisme en s\u2019int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 la morphologie du squelette plat des oursins de mer (Echinoidea). Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un double objectif : aboutir \u00e0 un transfert architectural \u00e0 partir d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme du vivant et d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de simulation\/dessin num\u00e9rique conduisant par la suite \u00e0 une fabrication robotis\u00e9e. &nbsp; &nbsp; Conception L\u2019enjeu principal du projet \u00e9tait notamment d\u2018int\u00e9grer les performances d\u2019un syst\u00e8me structurel biologique dans un nouveau design architectural. La r\u00e9flexion s\u2019est d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part concentr\u00e9e sur la mise en place d\u2019un syst\u00e8me modulaire, syst\u00e8me qui permet une grande capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptabilit\u00e9.
