Nous allons voir comment ce principe peut-il se mettre en place, et comment cela permet de rendre la construction architecturale bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019usage de l\u2019impression 3D accessible \u00e0 tout public.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><u><b>Mesh pavillon :<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span><b> <\/b><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b> Un pavillon \u00e0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>\u00a0imprimer en 3D <\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><b>con\u00e7u par les professeurs du SUTD<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Dans le cadre de l\u2019exposition Open House de l\u2019universit\u00e9 SUTD en 2016,<\/span><\/span> <span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">l<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">es professeurs Felix Raspall et Carlos Banon de l\u2019universit\u00e9 SUTD de Singapo<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">ur ont voulu construire un pavillon utilisant la technologie de l\u2019impression 3D mais en appliquant cette technologie directement aux plus petits composants, et non a l\u2019ensemble du pavillon lui-m\u00eame. Une fois cette structure d\u00e9cid\u00e9e, qui est a donc une forme tr\u00e8s libre, chaque n\u0153ud est param\u00e9tr\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifiquement selon sa propre position g\u00e9om\u00e9trique, selon le nombre de barres concordantes \u00e0 ce n\u0153ud, et selon les angles entre ces barres. Cette strat\u00e9gie offre ainsi une tr\u00e8s grande libert\u00e9 de conception et permet des connexions optimis\u00e9es. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Les barres sont elles aussi uniques chacune a une longueur sp\u00e9cifique, en revanche elles sont d\u00e9coup\u00e9es et non imprim\u00e9es en 3D.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00ab\u00a0Derri\u00e8re le chaos apparent, une g\u00e9om\u00e9trie t\u00e9tra\u00e9drique stricte est int\u00e9gr\u00e9e dans la structure du volume, comme une strat\u00e9gie pour conf\u00e9rer stabilit\u00e9 et robustesse \u00e0 l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me. En outre, la structure l\u00e9g\u00e8re sert \u00e9galement de support \u00e0 trois plates-formes plates pleines de cinq m\u00e8tres de long qui, planant \u00e0 diff\u00e9rentes hauteurs, pr\u00e9sentent une s\u00e9lection des travaux des \u00e9tudiants \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 des concepteurs de SUTD.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Afin de penser en amont \u00e0 l\u2019assemblage, chaque n\u0153ud ainsi que chaque barre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 num\u00e9rot\u00e9es \u00e0 la fois sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments \u00e0 imprimer en 3D et sur les plans et illustrations qui vont aider \u00e0 l\u2019assemblage.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large lang=\"fr-FR\">Pour la fabrication, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">91<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> connecteurs g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par maquette 3D ont \u00e9t\u00e9 imprim\u00e9s\u00a0: 19 en m\u00e9tal, et 72 en nylon.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img le plan et la maquette 3D o\u00f9 toutes les barres et connecteurs <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">ont \u00e9t\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">num\u00e9rot\u00e9s. Sur chaque \u00ab\u00a0bras\u00a0\u00bb de connecteur est imprim\u00e9 le num\u00e9ro de la barre correspondante.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> \u00e0 son ouverture, est maintenant devenu une pi\u00e8ce famili\u00e8re et \u00ab\u00a0presque imperceptible\u00a0\u00bb en raison de son faible rapport entre masse et volume. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Il est tel que <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">maintenant <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">les visiteurs le traverse sans s\u2019en rendre compte en traversant le installation<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">A l\u2019occasion du festival iLight Marina Bay \u00e0 Singapour, l<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">es professeurs ayant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le projet pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant ont repris le m\u00eame <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">syst\u00e8me<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, mais en ajoutant <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">des \u00e9l\u00e9ments lumineux<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Il s\u2019agit exactement du m\u00eame principe <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">de conception<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> et <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">de <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">constructi<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">on<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">\u00e0 la diff\u00e9rence que les barre<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">s<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> ne sont plus en aluminium mais sont des tubes de polycarbonate de section carr\u00e9 et tous de dimensions standards, et que les n\u0153uds connecteurs sont imprim\u00e9s en ABS et en nylon<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">. Ainsi, a l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de ces tubes de polycarbonate il a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible de placer 50 000 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">ampoules<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> LED. Ces lumi\u00e8res r\u00e9agissent et s\u2019allument selon les d\u00e9placements des personnes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">des capteurs ultrasons situ\u00e9s \u00e0 la base de la structure. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">de par le syst\u00e8me et les mat\u00e9riaux utilis\u00e9s<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">, la structure qui repose sur trois piliers s\u2019\u00e9tend sur une longueur de 10 m\u00e8tres. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Calibri, serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Il y a au total 150 n\u0153uds et 715 tubes. En raison de ses caract\u00e9ristiques \u00e9lanc\u00e9es et robustes, l&rsquo;installation peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 des contraintes de dilatation et de contraction, et absorbe m\u00eame les forces externes telles que les charges de vent et les forces ponctuelles. conf\u00e9rence CHI&rsquo;17 \u00e0 Denver, l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe a construit un pavillon Trussfab con\u00e7u par l&rsquo;architecte Oanh Lisa Nguyen Xuan, qui mesurait 5 m de haut, 1268 bouteilles et 191 n\u0153uds imprim\u00e9s en 3D. Mesh pavillon : Un pavillon \u00e0\u00a0imprimer en 3D con\u00e7u par les professeurs du SUTD Dans le cadre de l\u2019exposition Open House de l\u2019universit\u00e9 SUTD en 2016, les professeurs Felix Raspall et Carlos Banon de l\u2019universit\u00e9 SUTD de Singapour ont voulu construire un pavillon utilisant la technologie de l\u2019impression 3D mais en appliquant cette technologie directement aux plus petits composants, et non a l\u2019ensemble du pavillon lui-m\u00eame. Ainsi, ce sont des connecteurs imprim\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019une imprimante 3D qui relient des barres en aluminium et dont l\u2019assemblage final produit le pavillon. Le pavillon de 14,5 m\u00e8tres de long est donc fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de n\u0153uds imprim\u00e9 en m\u00e9tal et en nylon, et de barres d\u2019aluminium.
