de Stuttgart han completado un nuevo pabell\u00f3n de investigaci\u00f3n que demuestra las t\u00e9cnicas de fabricaci\u00f3n textil rob\u00f3tica para conchas de madera segmentadas. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">El pabell\u00f3n es el primero de su tipo en utilizar costuras industriales de elementos de madera a escala arquitect\u00f3nica. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Es parte de una exitosa serie de pabellones de investigaci\u00f3n que muestran el potencial de los procesos de dise\u00f1o, simulaci\u00f3n y fabricaci\u00f3n por de recherche ICD\/ITKE 2015-16 est caract\u00e9ris\u00e9 par une double strat\u00e9gie de conception ascendante bas\u00e9e sur l&rsquo;\u00e9tude biomim\u00e9tique des structures de plaques segment\u00e9es naturelles et de nouvelles m\u00e9thodes de fabrication robotique pour coudre de fines couches de contreplaqu\u00e9.\u00a0Le projet a commenc\u00e9 par l&rsquo;analyse de la morphologie de construction des dollars des sables.\u00a0Dans le m\u00eame temps, une technique de fabrication a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e qui permet la production de segments \u00e0 double couche pli\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e9lastique en contreplaqu\u00e9 de h\u00eatre lamin\u00e9 sur mesure et cousu de mani\u00e8re robotique.\u00a0L&rsquo;introduction de m\u00e9thodes de connexion textile dans la construction en bois permet d&rsquo;obtenir des coques en bois segment\u00e9es extr\u00eamement l\u00e9g\u00e8res et performantes.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" r\u00e9pond aux conditions sp\u00e9cifiques au site sur le campus universitaire.\u00a0Il \u00e9tablit un espace semi-ext\u00e9rieur qui int\u00e8gre la topographie du sol en tant que paysage de si\u00e8ges et s&rsquo;ouvre sur la place publique adjacente.\u00a0En m\u00eame temps, il d\u00e9montre l&rsquo;adaptabilit\u00e9 morphologique du syst\u00e8me d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des arrangements spatiaux plus complexes qu&rsquo;une simple structure de coque.\u00a0Le pavillon de recherche montre comment la synth\u00e8se informatique des principes biologiques et les r\u00e9ciprocit\u00e9s complexes entre le mat\u00e9riau, la forme et la fabrication robotique peuvent conduire \u00e0 des m\u00e9thodes de construction en bois innovantes.\u00a0Cette approche de recherche multidisciplinaire ne conduit pas seulement \u00e0 une structure l\u00e9g\u00e8re performante et mat\u00e9riellement efficace, elle explore \u00e9galement de nouvelles qualit\u00e9s
