La commande de TRADA aupr\u00e8s de Ramboll Computational Design \u00e9tait\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">de concevoir, d&rsquo;analyser, de fabriquer et de construire un pavillon qui servirait\u00a0de vitrine \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation inventive du bois<\/span><span class=\"s1\">.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"fr\">Le dossier du pavillon TRADA du Ramboll Computational Design Group \u00e9tait exigeant; la structure devait \u00eatre simple et \u00e9conomique \u00e0 construire, minimiser les d\u00e9chets et \u00eatre d\u00e9montable &#8211; afin de pouvoir \u00eatre reconstruite et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e. Le Pavillon devait \u00e9galement correspondre \u00e0 la taille du plan du stand \u00e0 Timber Expo; 6 m\u00e8tres x 8 m\u00e8tres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Finalement, seuls les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&rsquo;assemblage ne sont pas en bois\u00a0: il s&rsquo;agit de charni\u00e8res et de boulons en m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Une des particularit\u00e9 du pavillon est d&rsquo;avoir une forme effective enti\u00e8rement issue d&rsquo;une recherche math\u00e9matique et informatique. Le processus de recherche reprend des m\u00e9thodes similaires \u00e0 celles mise en place par les pionniers\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">Antoni Gaud\u00ed, Frei Otto et Heinz Isler, travaillant sur les anti-funiculaires.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"fr\">Mais aujourd&rsquo;hui, de telles formes courbes peuvent \u00eatre g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es &#8211; beaucoup plus rapidement &#8211; par des techniques num\u00e9riques 3D, avec l&rsquo;avantage que les positions exactes des vecteurs peuvent \u00eatre directement export\u00e9es vers des logiciels de CAO ou d&rsquo;analyse structurale pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00eatre analys\u00e9s et fabriqu\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5828 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/sapi.paris-lavillette.archi.fr\/CTID924\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/10\/Shape_of_hanging_chain_versus_arch.svg_-300x125.png\" alt=\"Shape_of_hanging_chain_versus_arch.svg_-300x125\" width=\"300\" height=\"125\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Ci dessus le sch\u00e9ma de fonctionnement des forces dans la structure du pavillon, inspir\u00e9e des formes anti-funiculaires.<\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h3><strong>Conception \/ Mod\u00e9lisation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>La coque du pavillon est form\u00e9e de panneaux de contreplaqu\u00e9 polygonaux plats, reli\u00e9s aux bords par des charni\u00e8res et facett\u00e9s pour\u00a0cr\u00e9\u00e9r\u00a0une forme incurv\u00e9e\u00a0\u00e0 double courbure.<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">La coquille du pavillon a \u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0mod\u00e9lis\u00e9e en utilisant un algorithme innovant, permettant ainsi \u00e0 la surface\u00a0cr\u00e9\u00e9e d&rsquo;\u00eatre construite avec des panneaux de bois enti\u00e8rement plats. La structure de\u00a0la coquille fonctionne\u00a0alors sans capacit\u00e9 de flexion entre les panneaux, ce qui signifie que ces derniers ne peuvent pas bouger ou se plier le long des charni\u00e8res.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"s1\">La structure\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">est con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9sister aux charges accidentelles, au poids propre et aux charges mortes suppl\u00e9mentaires, telles que les appareils d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au d\u00e9part, la r\u00e9flexion s&rsquo;est faite \u00e0 partir d&rsquo;un objet aux facettes triangul\u00e9es. Cette fraiseuse a permis de faire le rabattement des charni\u00e8res, le per\u00e7age des trous pour les boulons et enfin la d\u00e9coupe des contours des panneaux. La commande de TRADA aupr\u00e8s de Ramboll Computational Design \u00e9tait\u00a0de concevoir, d&rsquo;analyser, de fabriquer et de construire un pavillon qui servirait\u00a0de vitrine \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation inventive du bois.\u00a0Le dossier du pavillon TRADA du Ramboll Computational Design Group \u00e9tait exigeant; la structure devait \u00eatre simple et \u00e9conomique \u00e0 construire, minimiser les d\u00e9chets et \u00eatre d\u00e9montable &#8211; afin de pouvoir \u00eatre reconstruite et r\u00e9utilis\u00e9e. Le Pavillon devait \u00e9galement correspondre \u00e0 la taille du plan du stand \u00e0 Timber Expo; 6 m\u00e8tres x 8 m\u00e8tres. Finalement, seuls les \u00e9l\u00e9ments d&rsquo;assemblage ne sont pas en bois\u00a0: il s&rsquo;agit de charni\u00e8res et de boulons en m\u00e9tal. Une des particularit\u00e9 du pavillon est d&rsquo;avoir une forme effective enti\u00e8rement issue d&rsquo;une recherche math\u00e9matique et informatique.
