Elle est\u00a0<span class=\"s1\">per\u00e7ue de mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente en fonction du point de vue, de la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, ou du moment de la journ\u00e9e par exemple, ce qui est sens\u00e9 refl\u00e9ter la diversit\u00e9 de la collection d\u2019art qu\u2019il contient.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cette derni\u00e8re offre \u00e0 voir 16 000 modules hexagonaux d\u2019aluminium brillants qui semblent flotter, s\u00e9par\u00e9s par quelques millim\u00e8tres les uns des autres. Ils permettent de pr\u00e9server le b\u00e2timent dans le temps, ainsi que les oeuvres tr\u00e8s fragiles du soleil. Le b\u00e2timent pr\u00e9sente d\u2019autres chalenges dus \u00e0 sa situation en zone sismique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"s1\">Mod\u00e9lisation\u00a0et construction en parall\u00e8le<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">C\u2019est donc l\u2019entreprise Gehry Technologies, fond\u00e9e par Frank Gehry, qui s\u2019occupe de l\u2019ing\u00e9nierie 3D de ce projet. Elle est connue pour son logiciel Digital Project \u2122, un outil de mod\u00e9lisation virtuel coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 des outils de gestion, qui permet aux ing\u00e9nieurs de visualiser tous les aspects de la construction dans un mod\u00e8le 3D et de g\u00e9rer des modifications en temps r\u00e9el.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\"> Le mod\u00e8le 3D de Gehry Technologies, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 en collaboration \u00e9troite avec FR-EE, permet de visualiser la fa\u00e7ade de 10.000 m2 avec tous les hexagones dans leur position r\u00e9elle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">La courbure de la fa\u00e7ade varie beaucoup, avec des zones de double courbures,\u00a0en restant lisse du sol au toit et entourant tout le b\u00e2timent, ce qui rend la conception de la fa\u00e7ade complexe.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Les panneaux hexagonaux\u00a0forment une surface ferm\u00e9e non d\u00e9veloppable.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">L\u2019architecte souhaitait n\u2019utiliser qu\u2019un m\u00eame mod\u00e8le d\u2019hexagone pour la fa\u00e7ade, ce que Gehry Technologies a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 comme impossible pour les raisons \u00e9voqu\u00e9es si dessus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Sur le sch\u00e9ma si dessous les hexagones bleus sont identiques et les rouges diff\u00e9rents. (1) Une sph\u00e8re est dessin\u00e9e \u00e0 partir du point de d\u00e9part et intersecte la surface en formant un cercle, lequel intersecte la ligne en un point donn\u00e9 dans la direction d\u00e9termin\u00e9e (2). La deuxi\u00e8me sph\u00e8re prend pour\u00a0centre ce point (3). Les intersections des cercles deviennent \u00e9galement des points de d\u00e9part et l\u2019op\u00e9ration est renouvel\u00e9e jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la surface soit couverte de sph\u00e8res et de points d\u2019intersection (4) On relie tous les points d\u2019intersection, formant des triangles (5) qu&rsquo;on r\u00e9unira par la suite par 6 pour former\u00a0des hexagones. Une nouvelle distribution des panneaux a \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaires, et le nombre de \u00ab\u00a0familles\u00a0\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 avec attention dans l\u2019objectif de garder un \u00e9cart le plus constant possible entre les hexagones. Pour faciliter la construction, la fa\u00e7ade a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9e en 7 \u00ab\u00a0secteurs\u00a0\u00bb verticaux.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" forme r\u00e9elle de la structure principale. Geometrica a utilis\u00e9 la topographie laser pour adapter \u00ab\u00a0en temps r\u00e9el\u00a0\u00bb la forme construite dans le mod\u00e8le 3D, pour que les ing\u00e9nieurs puissent modifier la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de Gehry Technologies lorsque n\u00e9cessaire, et pour que la production des composantes structurelles soit adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 chaque \u00e9tape.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">Le coeur central de b\u00e9ton contenant les les circulations verticales intersecte les sept dalles. A chaque niveau, un anneau de poutre cr\u00e9e un cantilever sur plusieurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s et stabilise le structure. Elle est compos\u00e9e d\u2019un r\u00e9seau primaire de vingt huit colonnes tubulaires cintr\u00e9es en m\u00e9tal avec chacune une courbure diff\u00e9rente et d&rsquo;un r\u00e9seau secondaire, qui supporte la paroi ext\u00e9rieure sur laquelle sont fix\u00e9s les supports connecteurs \u00e0 quatre bras des hexagones. Une difficult\u00e9 de mise en oeuvre a \u00e9t\u00e9 que cette structure secondaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 install\u00e9e sans support sur le terrain, par arrimage \u00e0<span
