Sa structure pliss\u00e9e qui s&rsquo;apparente aux formes \u00ab\u00a0origamiques\u00a0\u00bb est imagin\u00e9e et dessin\u00e9e par l&rsquo;architecte Yves Weinand. Elle a la particularit\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00eatre une structure \u00e0 double nappe con\u00e7ue \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de panneaux multiplies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><b><span style=\"color: #000000;\">LA FORME\u00a0:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La forme se d\u00e9compose en 11 arches form\u00e9es par un ensemble de panneaux de bois d\u00e9coup\u00e9s et assembl\u00e9s entre eux sans ajout de mati\u00e8re. L&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de ces panneaux est rempli de ouate de cellulose afin d&rsquo;assurer une isolation phonique et thermique. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"> L&rsquo;assemblage se fait \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de joint bois\/bois en queue d\u2019aronde, une ancienne m\u00e9thode utilis\u00e9e pour les constructions en bois. Cela implique des coupes angulaires diff\u00e9rentes et une pr\u00e9cision minutieuse dans la d\u00e9coupe. Pour cela les pi\u00e8ces sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans un centre d&rsquo;usinage \u00e0 commande num\u00e9rique en 5 axes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de fraises \u00e0 queue.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"font-family: Tahoma, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><i><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ab\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">l\u2019usinage\u00a05 axes fait recours \u00e0 un outil qui se d\u00e9place dans cinq diff\u00e9rentes directions correspondant aux 3 axes lin\u00e9aires X, Y et Z, auxquels s\u2019ajoutent deux axes, A et B, autour duquel tourne l\u2019outil.
